All operations from PMS are automatically reflected in Bitrix24.

Responsible employees do not duplicate operations when working with various information systems.

The development of one of the information systems does not entail the completion of the integration system: the integration system settings allow you to universally compare an arbitrary number of fields of PMS entities and transaction fields with an arbitrary number of transaction directions, transaction stages and fields of Bitrix24 crm-cards.

APPLICATION PRINCIPLE

Every 5 minutes (the frequency can be changed in the system settings), a script is launched that calls Fidelio and receives all operations that have been reflected for a certain period of time (for example, the last 5 minutes).

Client identification in Bitrix24 takes place according to certain contact fields (for example, phone number, e-mail, Fidelio profile id, etc.). If a contact is not found in Bitrix24, a new contact is created. For identified contacts, information is updated, i.e. Bitrix24 information is replaced by information from Fidelio.

Depending on the status of the Fidelio armor (or other fields), the stages of Bitrix24 transactions change. Such dependencies are also specified in the settings of the integration system.

From the Bitrix24 transaction, you can launch the Update from Fidelio BP. This process will forcefully update the information in the transaction from the Fidelio entity with the specified identifier. For Fidelio guest profiles, Fidelio armor, and Bitrix24 transactions, in the system settings, fields for matching Fidelio transaction IDs and Bitrix24 transactions are compared.

Fidelio armor fields are mapped to deal and contact fields. The comparison is made in the settings of the integration system.
